How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Processing times may occasionally vary depending on product availability, supplier processing times, or periods of high demand. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within several business days after shipment, but shipping times are only estimates and not guaranteed.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address?

Please double-check your address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment cannot be delivered, you will be responsible for any additional reshipment fees or losses.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

In the rare event a product is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified via email and offered an alternative product, store credit, or refund.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Issues

Do you offer refunds or returns?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges once an order has been placed, except for rare cases where a product arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photographs of the issue, and a brief explanation. If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

What if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office. If the package cannot be located, please contact our support team so we can assist you.
Failure to retrieve a delivered package does not constitute non-delivery. We are not responsible for packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier.

Can I file a chargeback if I change my mind?

No. By placing an order, you agree to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Unauthorized chargebacks are a violation of these terms and may result in further action.

Yes — COAs are available for all of our products. If you'd like to see the certificate for a specific item, just contact us and we’ll send it to you.

Why is there a California Proposition 65 warning on some products?

California’s Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings if a product may expose consumers to even very small amounts of certain chemicals that the State of California has identified as potentially causing cancer, birth defects, or reproductive harm.

Many minerals, plants, and natural ingredients — including those used in dietary supplements — can contain trace amounts of these substances due to soil, water, or environmental factors. These trace levels are often lower than what is naturally found in common foods, but California law has very strict disclosure requirements that are unique to the state.

At Aura Labs, we are committed to transparency and compliance. The warning does not mean that the product is unsafe. Our products meet federal safety guidelines and are manufactured following strict quality standards. The Proposition 65 warning simply ensures compliance with California law.
